Went in to have brakes done, and after inspection it was found that they didn't even need to be replaced. They were upfront and honest the whole time, when they could've taken my money and replaced them anyway. I wouldn't hesitate to have them do more work for me in the future.
Their prices are fair and their people are friendly. I always get a good feeling when I stop in and browse the gear!
I've said it before and i'll say it again. These guys are THE REAL DEAL. I've been in touch with Jim before and he's always in disposal to help in every way and always provide his expert unbiased opinion. Today I went and got a new front tire for my R6, in-N-out in less than an hour and as a courtesy I had my clutch and break handles adjusted tight and feels like new.

They get the job done but have yet to finish a job for me in a timely fashion. It has always taken a extra day or week to get my motorcycle done. The staff is friendly on a plus side though.
Most if not all the guys there are riders and understand the passion and can related when we riders need a helping hand, CCM will work the price on your and strive to always give you the best possible deal you can walk out with. Shoutout to the technicians for the clean work as well.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went to Custom Connection @ 9:00 AM on 10.12.17 and didn't realize that they had already began their "Winter Hours". One of the service guys seen me sitting in the parking lot and came out and told me they didn't open until 10:00 AM but asked me how he could help. I told him all I needed was a pair of goggles and I was leaving to go up north this weekend. He then took me inside and sold me a pair a hour before they opened! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ***** Thank You!!!!
