We have a rental home in the area that needed a new roof. They did everything they could to get our roof replaced before it snowed last winter. Our tenants were happy with the service and how quickly things were completed. Said the workers were professional. The price was decent and my.interaction with them on the phone was great. Explained everything to me. Since I'm out of state they helped pick out the color that was the closest match to my unattached garage.
Work was fine and fast.... but they left roofing nails everywhere in our yard and driveway. We have had to replace three tires, with roofing nails stuck in them, on our vehicles since they have been here. We have tried to pick up as many as we can find but the nails are everywhere. Extremely unprofessional to make a mess like this and not responsible for picking it up. Would have paid more money for them to take more time and not have surprise flat tires constantly!

Called these people to get a roof estimate and they were very rude and very unprofessional! Don't waste your time with these people!Basically told me there to busy to give me a estimate. If your in the customer service industry your never to busy for the CUSTOMER! POS COMPANY!! Fair warning they are to busy for you so DON'T call!
I needed an estimate for a minor repair job that my homeowner's insurance is requiring me to complete. I called Sherriff Goslin Roofing after unsuccessfully trying to reach someone at CS Roof Repair (waited over a week and never heard back) and I was extremely impressed by the promptness of service I received from Sherriff Goslin. A technician called me within an hour of my initial call into the company, and when he wasn't able to reach me, he left a message indicating he would try again in a little while. After we connected on the phone it was just a few hours until he was on my property, inspecting the damage and advising me of what could be done to repair it. Even though we won't be using this company for the repair job itself - we were advised it would be wise to do it ourselves, as it isn't extensive damage by any means - I would recommend this company to anyone based on the stellar, prompt, professional service we were given from the get-go.
Update: Upon receiving this review they came out and drug a magnet over our driveway and yard in attempt to pick up the remaining nails. Would have been the ultimate experience with a roofing company had they done this immediately following work. We appreciate this effort to right this issue! Shows the integrity of the company.
